First the students did a shape walk to find real-life examples of 2D shapes at our school. They used the iPad cameras to take photos of these shapes. Once the photos were complete, they wrote out a quick script of what the shape should say about itself. Then they imported their favorite photo, narrated their information, and then decorated their shape with the fun stickers included in the app.
The kids had TONS of fun creating this project! Can't wait to see the finished products!
